康复阶梯图联合行为干预对脑卒中患者康复护理效果及对其神经功能与依从性的影响

Effect of rehabilitation ladder diagram combined with behavioral intervention on rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients and its neurological function and compliance

目的探讨脑卒中康复护理中应用康复阶梯图联合行为干预的护理效果及对患者神经功能与依从性的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年12月收治的150例脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机等分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上,应用康复阶梯图联合行为干预,观察两组的护理效果、神经功能与依从性情况。结果研究组的社会功能、心理功能、物质功能、日常活动等生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的神经功能与运动功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后研究组的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用康复阶梯图联合行为干预显著提高了脑卒中患者的生活质量、运动功能与依从性,改善了脑卒中患者神经功能缺陷情况,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation ladder diagram combined with behavioral intervention on rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients and its neurological function and compliance.Methods To compared the status of nursing quality,neurological function,and compliance,150 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were observed,and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal number.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given the rehabilitation ladder diagram combined with behavioral intervention on this basis.Results The quality of life scores of the social function,psychological function,material function,daily life,and etc.of the study group were apparently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and scores of neurological function and motor function of the study group were apparently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).And after intervention,the compliance of the study group was evidently higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation ladder diagram combined with behavioral intervention greatly improved the life quality,motor function,compliance,neurological function defect of the stroke patients,and has higher clinical application value.
