我院术后丙帕他莫不合理应用病历点评分析

Review and Analysis of Unreasonable Use of Propatamol after Operation in Our Hospital

目的评估丙帕他莫临床应用情况,以提高其合理应用水平。方法从我院HIS系统中筛取2017年8月到11月所有术后应用丙帕他莫的病历532份,根据相关指南和丙帕他莫说明书要求等对其进行点评,评价内容包括安全性、合理性等,并对点评结果进行归纳分析。结果丙帕他莫不合理病历178份,不合理率占33.46%,主要涉及滴注速度过慢、用药疗程过长、联合用药不合理、超日最大剂量、超年龄限制等问题。结论丙帕他莫在我院临床应用中不合理情况较普遍,其合理应用水平有待提高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of propacetamol in order to improve the reasonable application level.Methods From August to November in 2017,all case histories which used propacetamol after operation(532 copies)were selected from the HIS system in our hospital and evaluated according to the relevant guidelines and instructions of propacetamol.The evaluation contents included safety,rationality and so on,and the evaluation results were summarized and analyzed.Results There were 178 unreasonable case histories of propacetamol,and the unreasonable rate was 33.46%.The main problems were too slow infusion speed,too long treatment course,unreasonable drug combination,over-maximum daily dose,over-age limit and so on.Conclusion The unreasonable application of propacetamol in our hospital is common,and its reasonable application level needs to be improved.
