面向目标中心战的自适应装备保障指挥方式研究 被引量:1

摘要 适应灵活变化的目标中心战装备保障任务需求,提出了自适应装备保障指挥方式的概念,分析了自适应装备保障指挥的核心要义、主要特征并描述了其基本形态;基于复杂自适应系统视角,从自主适应、同步感知、并行决策、主动协同等方面,初步探索了自适应装备保障指挥运行机理;区分态势感知、方案筹划、控制协调、效果评估等环节,前瞻了自适应装备保障指挥运行过程.研究结果可为推进自适应装备保障指挥系统建设及力量运用提供参考,为提高目标中心战装备保障指挥的任务适应性提供指导. Aiming at satisfying the diverse target-centric warfare oriented equipment support requirements,a new con-cept named as adaptive equipment support command mode is proposed.Subsequently,its core essentials and main characteristics are analyzed,and its basic form is designed.Then,based on a view of complex adaptive system,the running mechanism of adaptive equipment support command,including adaptability,synchronization in situation aware-ness,parallel decision-making and active cooperation,is explored.The process of adaptive equipment support command,including situation awareness,design and planning,control and cooperation,and e?ect evaluation,is proposed.The re-search results can be used to give direction for constructing and deploying adaptive equipment support command system,and to improve the task adaptability of target-centric warfare oriented equipment support command.
