摘要 针对在夜间,视野条件差,光靠人力肉眼观察目标,容易遗漏重要信息或判断失误,造成不可预知的后果这种现实情况,通过固定单摄像机的夜晚监控场景,结合对运动目标检测技术的深入研究,主要实现夜间锁定、动态识别、距离判断、自动报警4个过程,以此探讨哨位夜间自动报警系统. For poor vision in the night,relying on the human eye to observe targets is easy to omit important information or get judgment errors,resulting in unpredictable consequences.Through single cameraxed to monitor the scene at night,combined with indepth study on the moving target detection technology,the four processes of night lock,dynamic identication,distance judgment,automatic alarm are mainly realized in sentinel night automatic alarm systems.
