超声与钼靶BI-RADS分类对不同直径乳腺肿块的诊断价值的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解超声BI-RADS对不同直径乳腺肿块的诊断的准确性和钼靶BI-RADS对不同直径乳腺肿块的诊断的准确性以及两者的对比。方法选择某权威医疗机构作为了解单位,对在该医疗机构进行乳腺肿块手术的患者随机选取40名作为研究对象,具体是将这些患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组各20人。其中对照组采用超声BI-RADS诊断,而对于观察组中的患者则进行钼靶BI-RADS诊断。结果在对直径≤1cm的乳腺肿块的诊断结果上,超声BI-RADS的诊断准确性低于钼靶BI-RADS的诊断准确性;在对直径为1~2cm的乳腺肿块的诊断结果上,超声BI-RADS的诊断准确性和钼靶BI-RADS的诊断准确性基本一致;在对直径>2cm的乳腺肿块的诊断结果上,超声BI-RADS的诊断准确性高于钼靶BI-RADS的诊断准确性。结论对于不同直径大小的乳腺肿块,超声BI-RADS的诊断准确性和钼靶BI-RADS的诊断准确性不同。 Objective To investigate the accuracy of ultrasound BI-RADS in the diagnosis of breast masses with different diameters and mammography BI-RADS for different diameters of breast.The accuracy of diagnosis of adenoid masses and their comparison were compared.Methods An authoritative medical institution was selected as an understanding unit to carry out milk in the medical institution.40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.20 people.The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound BI-RADS,while the patients in the observation group were diagnosed by molybdenum target BI-RADS.Results The result is in the pair diameterThe diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound BI-RADS is lower than that of molybdenum target BIRADS in diagnosis of breast masses less than or equal to one centimeter.The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound BIRADS is basically the same as that of molybdenum target BI-RADS in the diagnosis of breast masses with a diameter of 1~2cm.In the diagnosis of breast masses larger than two cm,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound BI-RADS is higher than that of molybdenum target BI-RADS.Sex.Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound BI-RADS and the accuracy of molybdenum target BI-RADS are different for breast lumps with different diameters.
