宁波奉化区参与大湾区建设的路径与策略

当前大湾区受到了社会各界的关注,浙江省提出要谋划实施大湾区建设行动纲要,浙江建设大湾区战略开始被提上日程。文章首先分析了当前宁波在打造大湾区中心城市中存在核心能级不足、湾区资源利用不充分和交通联系不完善的问题,针对这些问题提出了"中心培育""功能提升""交通连接"的大湾区建设思路;其次,从奉化区在宁波打造大湾区中心城市中的角色和责任出发,提出"北融东进""内联外通""强三优二""嵌绿优居"的策略,以推动奉化区参与到大湾区的建设中,将其打造为大湾区的核心示范区。

The great bay area has received much attention as Zhejiang province puts forwards great bay area development guideline.The paper analyzes the problems of Ningbo such as low primacy level of core city,insufficient use of bay resource,and weak transport connection,and proposes central city enhancement,functional improvement,transport connection concepts.With respect to Fenghua district,the paper proposes“integration of the north and expansion towards the east”,“interior and exterior connection”,“improving the second and third industries”,and“green living environment”strategies,in order to promote Fenghua participation in Ningbo great bay area development.
