高职院校图书馆在校园文化建设中的作用与作为——以黎明职业大学为例

The Role and Exploration of Vocational University Libraries in the Construction of Campus Culture:A Case Study of Liming Vocational University

高职院校图书馆在高职校园文化建设中,具有明确校园文化建设方向,重塑高职文化自信,强化文化中心形象,引领思想良性互动,奠定重要人力基础等方面作用。以黎明职业大学图书馆工作为例,阐述高职院校图书馆在校园文化建设中的作为,即:根据高职人才培养目标,开展专业文献建设;善用优秀传统文化资源,构筑校园文化建设内核;立足馆内资源,开展高雅深刻的文化活动;善用新媒体,巩固校园文化阵地;调动全馆人员积极性和创造性,开展全员文化育人。

In the construction of campus culture,libraries of vocational universities identify its direction,reshape the cultural self-confidence of higher vocational education,strengthen the image of the cultural center,lead the positive interaction of ideas,and lay important foundations of human resources.Taking Liming Vocational University Library as an example,we elaborated on the role of vocational university libraries in the construction of campus culture,that is,developing specialized literature based on the training objectives of higher vocational education,building the core of campus culture construction by utilizing quality traditional cultural resources,carrying out elegant and profound cultural activities based on the libraries resources,consolidating campus cultural sites by making good use of new media,mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the entire staff and carrying out cultural educational programs.
