排针刺法结合呼吸训练对改善脑卒中软瘫者肺功能的疗效观察

Effect of acupuncture needling methodcombined with respiratory training on improvinglung function in patients with stroke soft paralysis

目的观察排针刺法结合呼吸训练对改善脑卒中软瘫者肺功能的疗效。方法对56例脑卒中软瘫者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例,对照组给予常规肢体康复训练及针刺治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上辅以呼吸训练及背部局部排针刺法治疗。治疗1次/d,5次/周,10次为1个疗程,于治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程后分别对两组患者血气分析、肺功能进行评定。结果治疗前两组患者PaO_2、PaCO_2值、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、呼气峰流量(PEF)组间比较差异均无统计学意义,治疗3个疗程后,两组患者的上述指标较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);并且上述指标3个疗程后改善幅度较显著,治疗组改善更明显,与对照组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中软瘫患者除进行常规肢体训练外,需加强呼吸功能训练,排针刺法结合呼吸训练对脑卒中软瘫患者具有协同作用,不仅能改善患者肺功能,还能降低死亡率,提高生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of acupunctureneedling combined with respiratory training on improving lung function in patients with cerebral palsy.Methods 56 cases of stroke flaccid paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 28 cases in each group,the control group was given routine rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment,the patients in the treatment group on the basis of the control group with respiratory training and back row of local acupuncture treatment.Treatment 1 times a day,5 times a week,10 times for 1 courses of treatment,2 groups of patients were analyzed for blood gas analysis and pulmonary function.Results 2 groups of patients before treatment,PaO2,PaCO2,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),per minute ventilation volume(MVV),peak expiratory flow(PEF)between groups had no statistically significant difference,after 3 courses of treatment,the above index 2 both groups before treatment were improved(P<0.05);and the above indexes after 3 month treatment improved significantly,the treatment group improved more significantly,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stroke patients with flaccid paralysis in addition to conventional physical training,to strengthen the training of respiratory function,acupuncture needling combined with respiratory training on stroke patients with flaccid paralysis has a synergistic effect,not only can improve pulmonary function,but also can reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life.
