摘要
目的分析全身应用不同抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的效果及对患者PD、CAL和BI指标的影响。方法选择2016年6月~2017年6月期间接受治疗的100例侵袭性牙周炎患者为对象,随机分为两组,各50例,对照组使用牙周基础治疗联合口服甲硝唑+阿莫西林治疗,观察组则应用牙周基础治疗联合口服阿奇霉素治疗,对比不同用药方案下患者治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组、对照组患者治疗7 d后PD、CAL、BI、GI较治疗前均呈下降趋势,但观察组患者治疗7 d后PD、CAL、BI、GI较对照组无明显差异。观察患者不良反应发生率2.00%显著低于对照组14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论侵袭性牙周炎全身应用甲硝唑+阿莫西林辅助牙周基础治疗的效果与阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗的效果相当,但阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗不良反应发生率更低,用药安全性更高,可以在临床进行大范围推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of systemic application of different antibiotics in the treatment of invasive periodontitis and its effects on PD,CAL and BI.Methods A total of 100 patients with aggressive periodontitis who were treated between June 2016 and June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group.The control group received periodontal basic therapy combined with oral metronidazole and Amoxicillin treatment,the observation group was treated with periodontal basic therapy combined with oral azithromycin,compared with the treatment effect of different medication regimens and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The PD,CAL,BI and GI of the observation group and the control group showed a downward trend after treatment for 7 days.However,there was no significant difference in PD,CAL,BI and GI between the observation group and the control group after 7 days of treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(14.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of metronidazole plus amoxicillin on periodontal basic therapy in patients with aggressive periodontitis is comparable to that of azithromycin-assisted periodontal therapy,but the incidence of azithromycin-assisted periodontal therapy is lower,and the safety of medication is safe.Higher,can be widely promoted in the clinic.
