口腔护理对鼻内镜患者术后口腔异味、饮食、睡眠及住院天数的影响

Effects of oral care on postoperative oral odor, diet,sleep, and length of hospital stay in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery

目的研究口腔护理对鼻内镜患者术后口腔异味、饮食、睡眠及住院天数的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年5月本科室收治的鼻内镜患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。研究组在常规护理的基础上予以口腔护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组口腔异味发生情况、术后2 d饮食情况、睡眠情况、平均住院天数及护理满意度。结果研究组口腔异味发生率5.00%(2/40)低于对照组25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后2 d饮食、睡眠情况及平均住院天数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度95.00%(38/40)高于对照组75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜患者予以口腔护理,可降低口腔异味发生率,改善患者饮食及睡眠情况,减少住院天数,提高护理满意度。

Objective To researchthe effects of oral care on postoperative oral odor,diet,sleep and hospitalization days in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with endoscopic surgery who were admitted to our department from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The study group was given oral care on the basis of routine care,and the control group was given routine care.The occurrence of oral odor was compared between the two groups,dietary status after 2 days,sleep status,average length of hospital stay,and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence rate of oral odor in the study group was 5.00%(2/40)lower than that in the control group 25.00%(10/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diet,sleep status and average hospitalization of the study group 2 days after surgery The number of days was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral care for patients with endoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of oral odor,improve the patient's diet and sleep,reduce the number of hospital stays,and improve nursing satisfaction.
