摘要 目的探究标本采集误差给血生化检验质量带来的影响。方法择取2016年10月~2017年10月期间收入的120份血液标本,对其采集时间、采集部位、送检时间以及标本有无发生溶血现象进行观察,分析标本采集误差给血生化检验结果带来的影响。结果标本采集到送检的时间越长,检验准确性越低;在发生溶血的标本中,其尿酸肌酐、氯、钾、钠水平均与未发生溶血的标本相比有很明显的不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,于输血同侧采集而来的血液标本其尿酸肌酐、氯、钾、钠及尿素氮的水平均与非输血同侧采集的血液标本相比有很大的不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于血生化检验而言,标本采集误差可对其结果带来较大的影响,临床应注意避免这些因素带来的不良影响,尽最大可能提高检验的准确性。 Objective To explore the impact of specimen collection error on the quality of blood biochemical tests.Methods 120 blood samples taken from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and their collection time,collection site,examination time,and specimens were observed for hemolysis.Sample collection errors were analyzed and blood biochemical test results were analyzed.The impact.Results The longer the specimens were collected and submitted,the lower the accuracy of the test;in the samples with hemolysis,the creatinine,chlorine,potassium,and sodium levels of uric acid were significantly different from those without hemolysis.Statistically significant(P<0.05);In addition,blood samples collected from the same side of the transfusion had creatinine,chlorine,potassium,sodium,and urea nitrogen levels that were comparable to blood samples collected on the same side of nontransfusion.Large differences,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For blood biochemical tests,specimen collection errors can have a large impact on the results.Clinical attention should be paid to avoid the adverse effects of these factors,and to maximize the accuracy of the test.
