摘要
根据对前端盖塑件的工艺分析,确定采用一模二腔的模具结构。浇注系统选用侧浇口。为便于模具脱模,采用侧向抽芯机构。在动、定模镶块分别设置了冷却循环水路。推出机构为推杆推出。为防止发生干涉,采用了氮气弹簧复位。整套模具生产精度高,结构合理。
According to the process analysis of plastic front housing,the mould structure was determined as one die with two cavities.The edge gate was chosen for gating system.The side core pulling mechanism was adopted for the convenience of demoulding.The cooling circulative waterway was set in moving die insert and fixed die insert.The ejecting mechanism was push rod.In order to prevent interference,a nitrogen spring reset mechanism was adopted.The mould had reasonable structure and high precision.
