摘要
主要介绍了模具入子零件加工工艺制定及加工方案优化方法。按照零件工艺设计的基本流程,通过传统加工工艺和优化工艺的比较,确定的工艺路线为放电打孔→磨削→放电打孔→合配→线切割→加工中→放电→抛光→线切割→合配→激光焊接→磨削→检验。结果表明:制定合理的工艺标准、选用正确的工夹具及设定合理设备加工参数,可以消除零件毛刺、崩角等缺陷,加工效率高,加工出的零件完全能够达到使用要求。
The process and optimization of die insert were introduced in this paper.According to the basic procedure,by comparing the traditional process and the optimized process,the process was decided as follows:discharge holing→grinding→discharge holing→assigning→wire-electrode cutting→machining→electrical discharging→polishing→wire-electrode cutting→assigning→laser welding→grinding→test.The result indicated that the reasonable process standard,correct tools and fixtures and the reasonable process parameters were helpful to eliminate burr and corner.The products were fully capable of meeting the usage requirements.
