拜耳法氧化铝生产中原矿浆制备系统的节电研究

摘要 拜耳法氧化铝生产中原矿浆制备工序电能消耗占吨氧化铝生产电耗的比重较大,是氧化铝生产中的耗电大户。降低原矿浆制备工序的电能消耗,应从磨机系统最优化控制,主电机无功补偿等方面开展系统性节电措施,这种系统性节电措施的应用将使原矿浆制备工序电能消耗整体下降,带来可观的经济效益。 The power consumption of the raw slurry preparation process of alumina production in Bayer process is larger than that of alumina production.It is a large power consumer in alumina production.In order to reduce the electric energy consumption of the raw pulp preparation process,systematic control measures should be carried out from the optimization control of the mill system and the reactive power compensation of the main motor.The application of this systematic energy saving measure will make the energy consumption of the original pulp preparation process decrease as a whole and bring considerable economic benefit.
