摘要
以唐钢中厚板LF炉为研究对象,针对LF炉处理过程中投料控制,加热处理,等人为干预多,增加了不确定性因素等,把问题逐一分解,利用二级的成分模型和温度模型执导一级生产,提高了投料的准确性,避免误操作导致的事故发生,使钢水温度与目标温度差值控制在±10℃,避免反复升温的操作,不仅节约能源还缩短作业时间,提高作业效率,满足实际生产需要。
With the LF refining furnace of steel plate of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company as the research object,according to the feeding control,heating treatment,and other human intervention in the LF process,the uncertainty factors are increased,the problem is decomposed one by one,and the two level component model and temperature model are used to guide the first level production,which improves the accuracy of the feeding and avoids the accident caused by the misoperation,and makes the temperature of the steel water and the target temperature difference.The value is controlled at±10℃to avoid repeated heating.It not only saves energy,but also shortens operation time,improves operation efficiency and meets actual production needs.
