浅议标识标牌在地下铝土矿山生产中的安全效应

麦坝铝矿在生产过程中,需要在各条巷道及各个采场布置一定数量的标识标牌,内容有指示、定置、警示、禁止等方面;这些标识标牌的内容丰富多彩,对井下员工的安全行为产生了积极的监督效果。本文从标识标牌的人文关怀效应和警示提醒效应这两个对立统一的方面,如何对井下员工的安全意识的增强及安全行为的引导,起到的积极作用进行了阐述;并对标识标牌在生产管理中彰显出的明显的安全效应做了总结。

During the production process of m aiba alum inum m ine,a certain num ber of sign signs should be arranged in various lanew ays and stope,w ith the contents of indicating,setting,w arning and prohibiting.The contents of these signs are rich and colorful,and have produced positive supervision effect on the safety behavior of underground em ployees.From the two opposing and unifying aspects of the hum anistic care effect and the w arning and w arning effect of the sign signs,this paper expounds how to enhance the safety aw areness of the underground em ployees and the guidance of the safety behavior.
