摘要
由于铜合金容易被氧化成黑色,影响外观,所以铜合金的高效管需要进行清洗处理。为此,研究依据铜及铜合金的化学特征,对铜合金高效管的清洗技术进行研究,提出了多种清洗方案,研究表明高效管在清洗之后表面的残留物必须低于5μg/m^2,从而使得铜合金的高效管得到了保护。
Since copper alloys are easily oxidized to black and affect appearance,high efficiency tubes of copper alloys need to be cleaned.Therefore,according to the chemical characteristics of copper and copper alloy,the cleaning technology of copper alloy high efficiency tube is studied and various cleaning schemes are put forward.The study shows that the residue of the high efficiency tube must be less than 5μg/m2 after cleaning,thus the high efficiency tube of the copper alloy is protected.
