摘要
针对矿山应急救援体系缺乏系统性及对主观随意性影响应急能力评价方法的情况,采用层次分析法建立矿山精细化应急救援体系结构模型并计算各影响因素的权重向量,采用模糊评判法进行综合评价。在此方法下对内蒙古平庄煤业有限责任公司救护大队进行应急救援能力进行综合评价,取得了良好的能力提升效果。该方法的应用对其他地区提升矿山应急救援能力方法提供参考。
In view of the lack of systematization of mine emergency rescue system and the evaluation method of emergency response ability to subjective randomness,the structure model of mine fine emergency rescue system is established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the weight vectors of various factors are calculated.The fuzzy evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation.Under this method,the emergency rescue capability of Inner Mongolia Ping Zhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was evaluated comprehensively,and a good effect was achieved.The application of this method can provide reference for other areas to enhance mine emergency rescue capability.
