穴位注射联合康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效观察

Clinical effect of acupoint injection and rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy

目的观察穴位注射联合常规康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法将130例脑瘫患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用单纯的常规康复治疗,观察组采用穴位注射鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)联合常规康复疗法治疗。对比2组治疗前后智力发育指数(MDI)、心理发育质素(PDI)、粗大运动功能和Berg平衡量表评分。结果观察组总有效率(86.2%)明显高于对照组(72.3%),2组治疗前智力发育、运动功能和平衡能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组智力发育、运动功能和平衡能力均明显增高(P<0.05),且观察组智力发育、运动功能和平衡能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于单纯康复治疗,穴位注射mNGF联合常规康复治疗脑瘫效果更佳,促进智力发育的同时能够进一步改善运动功能。

Objective To observe the the clinical effectiveness of acupoint injection and rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy.Methods 130 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups:Control group in which the children received the routine rehabilitation treatment and observed group in which the children were treated by acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)on the basis of rehabilitation therapy.MDI,PDI,gross motor function scale and the scores of balance function(Berg)were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate(86.2%)was significantly higher in the observed group than that in the control group(72.3%).There was no significant difference in MDI,PDI,gross motor function and balance function before the treatment between two groups.And MDI,PDI,gross motor function and balance function scores were significantly higher after treatment than those before the treatment in the observed and control groups.There was significant difference in MDI,PDI,gross motor function and balance function after treatment between groups.Conclusion MNGF acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the mental development,gross motor function and balanced function in infantile cerebral palsy,and its effect is better than simple rehabilitation.
