摘要 当前,手卫生管理的主要手段为监测者直接观察、医护人员自我评估、通过仪器设备检测等方法,均有其局限性。研发并安装手卫生信息化管理系统,从手卫生依从性训练系统、手卫生依从性监测系统、手卫生考核系统3方面进行干预。医护人员手卫生执行率从34.34%提高至80.86%,手卫生用品消耗量及环境卫生学监测合格率均明显改善,提高了医院的手卫生管理水平,减少了感染风险,保障了患者安全。 At present,the main means of hand hygiene management include:direct observation by supervisor,self-assessment by medical staff,and detection by equipment,which all have limitations.A hand hygiene information management system was developed and installed,and intervene was given from three aspects:hand hygiene compliance training system,hand hygiene compliance monitoring system,and hand hygiene assessment system.The implementation rate of hand hygiene among health staff increased from 34.34%to 80.86%,and the consumption of hand hygiene products and the qualified rate of environmental hygiene monitoring improved significantly,which improved the management level of hand hygiene in hospitals,reduced the risk of infection,and ensured the safety of patients.
