功能膜覆盖对市政污泥好氧发酵效能的影响

膜覆盖高温好氧发酵污泥处理术具有臭气散发量小、发酵效果好、能耗低等特点,其与常规好氧发酵的主要区别在于功能膜的使用,该功能膜的作用是既保证了好氧发酵过程高效的进行,又有效解决了好氧发酵过程中的臭气问题。本文结合上海某污泥处理工程项目,通过试验室小试装置,对比有无功能膜及改变好氧发酵物料的配比,考察污泥好氧发酵过程中功能膜对好氧发酵过程的影响及好氧发酵效果的影响,可以为实际应用提供参考。

The membrane covered high temperature aerobic fermentation sludge treatment has the characteristics of small odor emission,good fermentation effect and low energy consumption.The main difference between the membrane and conventional aerobic fermentation is the use of functional membrane.The function of this functional membrane not only ensures the high efficiency of aerobic fermentation process,but also effectively solves the odor in aerobic fermentation process.Question.In this paper,the effect of functional membrane on aerobic fermentation process and the effect of aerobic fermentation in aerobic fermentation process of sludge are compared with the actual sludge treatment project in Shanghai,and the effect of functional membrane on aerobic fermentation process and the effect of aerobic fermentation in aerobic fermentation process are compared.
