摘要
基于DNA多样性的高通量测序技术在生物研究中发挥了重要的作用,尤其是对于难以观测的水环境微生物及其群落,这些生物所存在的环境难以运用普通的方法对其进行观测,而高通量测序技术很好地解决了这一难题,高通量的测序技术可以在很多环境下对微生物进行测序,在水环境下同样可以很好地工作。
Based on DNA diversity of high-throughput sequencing technologies play an important role in biological research,especially for observation of water environmental microorganisms and their communities,these creatures exist environment is difficult to use common methods on it,and high-throughput sequencing technologies well solved this difficult problem,high-throughput sequencing technologies can be in many circumstances to sequencing of microorganism,under the environment of water can also be a very good job.
