交通运输是国民经济中基础性、先导性、战略性产业,是重要的服务性行业。构建现代综合交通运输体系,是适应把握引领经济发展新常态,推进供给侧结构性改革,推动国家重大战略实施,支撑全面建成小康社会的客观要求。公路建设是我国综合运输体系的重要组成部分,起着联系和沟通各种运输方式的作用,在综合运输体系中发挥着极其重要的作用。本文通过对公路建设在设计期、施工期、营运期可能对生态环境产生影响因子的分析,提出有效预防和治理公路建设中对生态环境影响的保护措施。

Transportation is an important service and strategic industry with basic and leading characteristic.To implement in a well-rounded way the strategy of building China into a society of moderate prosperity,it is necessary to establish modern integrated transportation system to fulfill the requirement of guide new normal development of economy,enhance structure reform of supply side,and promote the implementation of major national strategies.As one of most essential parts of China’s comprehensive transportation system,road construction plays an important role in transportation system,contacts and communicates various transportation modes.This article aims to analyze to what extent highway constructionmay effect ecological environment and propose a prevention measurement of ecological environment in highway construction.
