摘要 近年来随着我国对西部地区的开发取得了一系列进展,许多不毛之地也有了人类活动的踪影,在自然和人为的双重影响下,原本脆弱的生态环境更易产生退化,对生态治理也提出了更严峻、更迫切的要求。本文论述了当前西藏地区生态系统的基本情况以及开展环境治理的必要性,并结合相关理论指出了恢复西藏地区生态环境与开展生态整治的具体计划,旨在通过当前西藏高原的生态退化情况,从高原生态产业和高原生态经济入手,进一步完善森林生态效益补偿、草原生态保护补助奖励机制,建立湿地、水生态补助奖励机制,让更多群众吃上"生态饭"。 In recent years,with the development of China's western region,a series of progress has been made.Many of the barren land also have traces of human activities.Under the dual influence of nature and man-made,the original is crisp.The weak ecological environment is more prone to degradation,and more serious and more urgent requirements are put forward for ecological management.This paper discusses the basic situation of the current Tibetan ecosystem and the implementation of environmental governance.The necessity of rationality,combined with relevant theories,points out specific plans for restoring the ecological environment of Tibet and carrying out ecological remediation,aiming to pass the current ecological degradation of the Tibetan Plateau from the plateau.Start with the eco-industry and the plateau ecological economy,further improve the forest ecological benefit compensation,grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward mechanism,and establish a wetland and water ecological subsidy reward mechanism to allow more groups.The public eats"ecological rice."
