尿微量白蛋白检测在高血压早期肾损伤评估中的应用

The Application Value of Urine Microalbumin Level in the Assessment of Early Renal Damage in Hypertension in Hypertension

目的探讨在高血压早期肾损伤评估中,尿微量白蛋白检测的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月诊疗的41例高血压早期肾损伤患者作为试验组,同期41例健康体检者作为对照组。对两组尿微量白蛋白水平通过全自动生化分析仪进行检测,并对两组尿微量白蛋白水平进行对比。结果试验组尿微量白蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而试验组中3级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白水平明显高于2级和1级,2级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白水平明显高于1级(P<0.05)。结论在高血压早期肾损伤评估中,尿微量白蛋白检测具有诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of urine microalbuminuria in the assessment of early renal damage in hypertension.Methods 41 cases with early renal damage in hypertension from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the experimental group,41 cases of healthy people for the same period as the control group.2 groups of urine protein levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the micro amount of urine albumin levels were compared and discussed between the 2 groups.Results The urinary albumin level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);while in the experimental group microalbuminuria level of Grade 3 hypertensive patients was significantly higher than that of Grade 2 and Grade 1,and urine albumin level of Grade 2 hypertensive patients was significantly higher than that of grade 1(P<0.05).Conclusion In the assessment of early renal damage in hypertension,the detection of urine microalbumin level is of diagnostic value.
