摘要 本研究简要介绍了医用肺功能仪研发过程中遇到的关键技术要点。针对气体流量传感器采用透气薄膜材料形成的固定孔径式产生压差,并采用气容滤波,传感器的特性曲线得到很大提升。在电路设计方面,双晶源稳压的高分辨力压差传感器保证了高分辨力和高精度。在算法设计方面,需要保证不低于200 Hz的采用频率才能获取到准确的峰值流速,并需要采用多段拟合算法、温湿度、大气压补偿算法,以保证测量精度。 The study briefly introduces the key technical points encountered in the development of medical pulmonary function devices.The gas flow sensor uses a fixed-aperture type formed by a gas-permeable membrane material to generate a pressure difference,and the gas volume filtering is adopted,and the c haracteristic curve of the sensor is greatly improved.In terms of circuit design,the dual crystal source regulated high resolution differential pressure sensor ensures high resolution and high accuracy.In the aspect of algorithm design,it is necessary to ensure that the frequency of not less than 200 Hz can be used to obtain the accurate peak flow rate,and a multi-segment fitting algorithm,temperature and humidity,and atmospheric pressure compensation algorithm are needed to ensure measurement accuracy.
