高危型人类乳头状瘤病毒分型检测在宫颈疾病诊治中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨高危型人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)分型检测在宫颈疾病诊治中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3—11月1 332例接受宫颈疾病筛查受检者,采集宫颈拭子样本后,经PCR法检测28种HPV分型,分析高危型HPV分型与宫颈疾病的关系。结果 1 332例受检者中HPV阴性1 170例(87.84%),高危型95例(7.13%),疑似高危6例(0.45%),低危61例(4.58%);HPV高危型52感染27例(28.42%)最高,高危型59感染者2例(2.11%)最低,均为单一高危感染;宫颈病变越严重,高危型HPV感染率越高。结论高危型HPV分型检测在宫颈疾病诊治中的应用效果较好。
