In order to fully grasp the actual situation of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument in local universities,and provide the basis reference of management measures for the equipment management department,the situation investigation of price of 100 thousand Yuan and above real-time fluorescence PCR instrument was carried out in local universities.The actual situation was analyzed in detail from four aspects including equipment purchase,management personnel,equipment management and use efficiency in Tianjin local universities.The advantages and weaknesses of the equipment were found out,and the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
