Full Life Cycle Management of Medical Equipment Based on the Hospital Resource Planning System

通过医院资源计划(HRP)系统对医疗设备进行全生命周期管理,针对医疗设备的采购、验收、培训、使用、维修和报废流程中存在的问题,利用HRP系统实现设备使用部门和管理部门以及财务部门对医疗设备的全生命周期动态管理。从而有效提高了医疗设备的管理水平,初步实现了医疗器械全生命周期管理。加强了使用部门和管理部门的联系,大大提高了医疗设备的全生命周期管理水平,并为后续医疗设备的管理和决策提供了依据。

Through the hospital resource planning(HRP)system for the full life cycle management of medical equipment,in view of the existing medical equipment procurement,inspection,training,use,maintenance and scrapping process,equipment use and Management Department of the HRP system and the financial department of the medical equipment life cycle management.Therefore,the management level of medical equipment is improved effectively,and the whole life cycle management of medical instruments has been realized initially.The connection between the departments and management departments has been strengthened,and the whole life cycle management level of medical equipment has been greatly improved,which provides a basis for the decision and management of follow-up medical equipment.
