综合护理干预对不孕症患者心理状况及生命质量的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预对不孕症患者心理状况和生命质量的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年8月接诊的68例不孕症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组于对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。评价两组护理前及护理2个月后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)、抑郁自评量表(SDS评分)]、生命质量[简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分]。结果护理前,两组SAS、SDS及SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS及SDS评分低于同组护理前,SF-36评分高于同组护理前,且观察组SAS和SDS评分比对照组低,SF-36评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善不孕症患者心理状态,提高其生命质量。
