摘要
本文研究了冷轧过程中不同的冷变形及退火工艺对薄板5182铝合金晶粒组织、拉伸性能与各向异性影响。研究结果表明,当退火温度在300℃时,5182合金中发生不完全再结晶。随着冷变形量的增加,拉伸强度先增加后降低,延伸率逐渐增加;当退火温度在320℃~380℃时,5182合金中发生完全再结晶,变形量为30%的试样晶粒发生异常长大形成粗大晶粒;而变形量大于50%的试样晶粒发生完全再结晶形成细小等轴晶。随着冷变形量的增加,拉伸强度略有增加,延伸率变化较小。
In this paper,the cold deformation and annealing process on grain structure,ensile properties and anisotropy of 5182 sheet were studied.Results showed that incomplete recrystallization were happened in 5182 alloy when annealing temperature was at 300℃,with the cold deformation increased,the tensile strength increased first and then decreased,the elongation increased gradually;completely recrystallization occured in 5182 alloy when the annealing temperature at 320℃~380℃,abnormal grain grow to form coarse grains for 30%cold deformation;grain recrystallization equiaxed crystal for cold deformation>50%.With the cold deformation increased of the shape,the tensile strength increased and the elongation changed slightly.In addition,with annealing temperature increased from 300℃to 380℃,the anisotropy of 5182 sheer decreased.
