摘要 溶出工序是拜耳法生产氧化铝流程中的重要环节,而闪蒸二次蒸汽的控制又是溶出工序节能降耗的一道关键技术,通过闪蒸槽的合理控制与调整可以大量回收矿浆内蕴含的热蒸汽,保持整个生产流程的热平衡,将极大的降低管道换热器的新蒸汽消耗,如果闪蒸控制不好不仅会造成能耗的升高还会造成二次蒸汽的带料并衍生一系列的危害,本文结合实际生产情况主要分析了闪蒸系统二次蒸汽带料的原因及其对生产的危害。 The stripping process is an important link in the Bayer process to produce alumina,and the control of flash secondary steam is a key technology to save energy and reduce consumption in the stripping process.through reasonable control and adjustment of flash tank,hot steam contained in pulp can be recovered in a large amount,and the heat balance of the whole production process can be maintained,which will greatly reduce the new steam consumption of pipeline heat exchanger.if the flash control is not good,not only the energy consumption will increase,but also the strip of secondary steam will be caused and a series of hazards will be derived.this paper mainly analyzes the reasons of the strip of secondary steam in flash system and its hazards to production based on the actual production situation.
