摘要
分析了调整CTDG0814干式磁选机磁偏角、皮带变频器转速、下料口挡板角度对选矿生产的影响;通过调节以上三种参数进行选矿实验,找出了最合适的参数从而指导选矿生产。通过分析试验数据得出最优干抛生产流程如下:(1)皮带变频器转速固定在1400转;(2)磁偏角固定在225至270度之间;(3)原矿铁品位波动,只需调整挡板或挡皮完成生产。同时分析了干抛生产过程中的重点难点工作,并给出相应对策和建议。
The effects of adjusting the magnetic separation angle of the CTDG0814 dry magnetic separator,the speed of the belt converter and the angle of the blanking baffle on the ore dressing production are analyzed.The ore dressing experiments are carried out by adjusting the above three parameters,and the most suitable parameters are found to guide the ore dressing production.Through the analysis of the test data,the optimal dry throwing process is obtained as follows:1.The speed of the belt converter is fixed at 1400 rotation;the magnetic declination is fixed between 225 and 270 degrees;(3)the iron grade of the raw ore is fluctuated,only the baffle or the baffle should be adjusted to complete the production.At the same time,the key and difficult tasks in the process of dry throwing are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
