摘要 科技的快速发展使得人们的生活水平得到了极大程度的提高,随着电动车、汽车等交通工具的普及程度越来越高,铅酸蓄电池的报废量也在逐年上升。若是无法采取有效措施对废旧铅酸蓄电池进行回收、拆解以及再生处理,大量报废的铅酸蓄电池将会大气、水资源以及社会生态环境造成难以逆转的危害。同时,还将造成严重的资源流失、浪费,长此以往,我国的再生铅行业的发展将受到严重的制约。鉴于此,笔者对废旧铅酸蓄电池清洁拆解工艺进行了相关分析,为废旧铅酸蓄电池清洁拆解工艺应用的普及以及再生铅行业的发展提供有效参考。 The rapid development of science and technology has made people's living standards greatly improved.With the increasing popularity of vehicles and other vehicles,the scrap amount of lead-acid batteries is increasing year by year.If it is impossible to take effective measures to recycle,disassemble and regenerate the waste lead-acid battery,a large number of waste lead-acid batteries will cause irreversible damage to the atmosphere,water resources and social ecological environment.At the same time,it will cause serious wastage and waste of resources.In the long run,the development of China's secondary lead industry will be severely restricted.In view of this,the author analyses the cleaning and disassembly process of the waste lead-acid battery,and provides an effective reference for the popularization of the application of the cleaning and disassembling process of the waste lead-acid battery and the development of the industry of the regenerated lead.
