摘要
本文采用化学分析、金相检验及扫描电子显微镜分析等手段对铝合金水管接头断裂原因进行分析,结果表明,由于热处理过程中加热不足,带状组织层间存在粗大不溶脆性和沿晶分布的残留强化相。构件在使用过程中所受的交变应力垂直于横向组织,加速了裂纹的形成和扩展。水管接头是由于结构设计不合理、热处理工艺存在缺陷是引起的疲劳断裂的主要原因。
In this paper,chemical analysis,metallographic test and scanning electron microscope were processed to analysis the failure of the water pipe joint.The results show that,The existence of coarse insoluble brittleness and intergranular distribution of residual strengthening phase between banded layers due to lack of heating in heat treatment.The alternating stress in the use of the component is perpendicular to the transverse structure.This accelerated the formation and expansion of the crack.Unreasonable structure design and defects in heat treatment process are the main cause of fatigue fracture of the water pipe joint.
