Development and application analysis of special anti-wear hydraulic oil for metal mechanical equipment

随着社会经济的发展金属机械设备得到了广泛应用,因此造成了设备出现大量磨损。为减少设备的磨损,需应用有效的抗磨液压油。结合现阶段金属机械设备液压系统运用的实际情况,对基础油以及添加剂展开有效的筛选和预测。本文对金属机械设备专用抗磨液压油的研制与应用展开分析,并提出相关策略。

With the development of social economy,metal mechanical equipment has been widely used,resulting in a large number of equipment wear.In order to reduce equipment wear,effective anti-wear hydraulic oil is needed.Combined with the actual application of metal machinery and equipment hydraulic system,effective screening and prediction of base oil and additives are carried out.In this paper,the development and application of special anti-wear hydraulic oil for metal machinery and equipment are analyzed,and relevant strategies are put forward.
