Research on flying gauge changing control of cold rolling mill and its application

湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司冷轧板厂酸轧线是酸洗—轧机连轧机组,采用的是日本HITACHI公司的5机架6辊UCM轧机,电气控制系统采用的是三菱--日立的电气控制技术,本论文研究涟钢冷轧轧机动态变规格的控制实现过程及其应用改进研究。

The acid rolling line of the cold rolling plate mill of Hunan Hualing Lianyuan iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is a pickling mill and continuous rolling mill.The 5-stand 6-roll UCM mill of HITACHI company of Japan is adopted.The electrical control system adopts the electric control technology of Mitsubshi Hitachi.In this paper,the realization process of flying gauge change in cold rolling mill of Lianyuan iron and Steel Co.,Ltd,and its application improvement are studied.
