摘要
金属嵌件注塑磨具在现代工业生产中具有极其重要的作用。但在其使用过程中,时常发生不同情况的失效,影响生产进度及经济效益。因此,对金属嵌件注塑磨具进行改进,能提高其使用寿命。从宏观检查等方面对金属嵌件注塑磨具失效原因进行分析。得出结论,裂纹由水道点蚀引起,而零件采用500℃回火,使基体析出M23C6型碳化物是使腐蚀加剧,引起模具早期失效的原因。
Metal insert injection molding tools play an extremely important role in modern industrial production.However,in the course of its use,failures of different situations often occur,affecting production schedule and economic benefits.Therefore,the improvement of the metal insert injection molding tool can improve its service life.The causes of failure of metal insert injection molding tools were analyzed from macro inspection.It is concluded that the crack is caused by pitting corrosion of the waterway,and the parts are tempered at 500°C,so that the precipitation of M23C6 type carbide in the matrix is the cause of the corrosion,which causes the early failure of the mold.
