摘要
铝合金轮毂铸旋技术作为轮毂成型重要组成部分,其产品在机械性能,轻量化方面都远优于传统低压铸造轮毂,但生产过程中由于铸旋轮毂在旋压阶段挤压成型不足或变形等原因造成产品成品率低于低压铸造轮毂。鉴于此,本文对铸旋工艺及影响铸旋合格率因素进行分析,以提高铸旋产品生产过程合格率。
As an important part of hub forming,aluminum alloy hub casting technology is much better than traditional low-pressure casting hub in terms of mechanical properties and lightweight.However,the product yield is lower than that of the low pressure casting hub due to insufficient extrusion or deformation of the casting wheel hub during the rolling pressure stage.In view of the above,this paper analyzes the casting process and the factors affecting the casting rate of the spin,in order to improve the yield of the production process of the spin products.
