在社会经济建设大发展背景下,对各种矿山资源利用量不断增加,矿山工程规模不断增加。矿山机械设备是矿山开采作业的重要基础,设备一旦出现故障,不仅影响正常作业进展,同时还可能带来质量和安全隐患。本文首先对矿山工程机械设备故障特点进行分析,然后分析出现机械设备故障的原因,最后提出有效的故障维护策略。

Under the background of the great development of social and economic construction,the utilization of various kinds of mine resources has continuously increased,and the scale of mine projects has continuously increased.Mining machinery and equipment is an important basis for mining operations.Once equipment fails,it will not only affect the normal operation progress,but also may cause quality and safety hazards.This paper first analyzes the fault characteristics of mine construction machinery equipment,then analyzes the reasons for mechanical equipment failure,and finally proposes an effective fault maintenance strategy.
