摘要
有关硫化铜镍矿的浮选相关技术,分析了硫化铜镍矿在选矿过程中出现的技术难点:铜镍矿物单体解离技术困难、含镁脉石矿物及其容易和其他矿物混合,造成其回收率较低、铜镍分离过程中易造成镍铜互相混杂,加大了分离难度。随后基于硫化铜镍矿浮选技术的相关难点问题,介绍了硫化铜镍矿浮选工艺及应用以及浮选药剂的分离选择过程。
Related technology of flotation of copper nickel sulfide ore,the technical difficulties of copper nickel ore in the process of beneficiation are analyzed.The difficulties in the separation of copper and nickel minerals are difficult,magnesium containing gangue minerals and their easy mixing with other minerals,resulting in the low recovery rate,and the separation of nickel and copper from copper and nickel caused by the separation of copper and nickel from Cheng Zhongyi.It is difficult to separate.Subsequently,based on the related difficult problems of flotation technology of copper nickel sulfide,the flotation process and application of copper nickel sulfide and the separation and selection process of flotation reagent are introduced.
