摘要
在高速压制过程中铜粉末常出现致密化问题易导致材料重量性过高等问题,严重影响材料性能。为提高材料质量和性能,对铜粉末致密化影响因素进行分析。首先对高速压制技术、原理及操作过程以及铜制材料内部结构密度进行深入分析,对铜粉末致密化影响因素进行深入调查研究。
In the process of high speed pressing,the densification of copper powder often leads to the problem of too high material weight and seriously affects the material performance.In order to improve the material quality and properties,the influencing factors of copper powder densification were analyzed.Firstly,the technology,principle and operation process of high speed pressing and the internal structure density of copper materials were deeply analyzed,and the influencing factors of copper powder densification were investigated and studied.
