摘要
钛及钛合金板材在经过高压水射流喷砂后,板面由于喷砂除鳞不匀而形成“条纹样”表面。通过介绍高压水射流喷砂除鳞原理,从机械加工的精度和喷嘴堵塞两方面详细分析了问题的形成原因,并且提出了相应的解决措施和预防办法,使该问题得到了很大的改善。
After high pressure water jet blasting,the surface of titanium and titanium alloy plate forms a streak like surface due to uneven sand blasting and scaling.By introducing the principle of high pressure water jet descaling,the reasons for the formation of the problem are analyzed in detail from two aspects of machining precision and nozzle blockage,and the corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward,so that the problem has been greatly improved.
