金属材料热处理变形的影响因素及控制策略

Influence factors and control strategy of metal material heat treatment deformation

在对金属材料进行热加工中,使材料的性能更加稳定,经过热处理的材料,在加工成零部件中,使性能更加出色,更能符合机械零部件性能的要求。可是在热加工中,金属材料容易发生问题,比如变形,金属材料的外观变形,对机械零部件的加工是致命的影响。因此,本文着重解决在对金属材料热加工中影响变形的原因,以及解决办法,以此来提高在金属材料加工当中的难题。

In the hot working of the metal material,the material performance is more stable,after heat treatment of materials,in processed into parts,make the performance better,more accord with the requirement of mechanical parts performance but,in the hot working of metal materials are prone to problems,such as deformation,deformation,the appearance of the metal materials of mechanical parts processing is fatal influence,therefore,this paper solved in hot working of metal materials influence the cause of the deformation,as well as the solution,in order to improve the problem in the middle of the metal material processing.
