摘要 复合材料在矿山机械产品设计中的大量应用,可是使产品实现轻量化和美观的需求。文章以钨铜基耐磨复合材料为例,分析了材料的性能特性,对其发展现状做出评估,针对钨铜基耐磨复合材料独特性能,结合矿山机械实例对其进行应用分析。 because of its high density,high strength and high adaptability,composite materials have been widely used in the design and development of mine machinery.Taking tungsten and copper based wear-resistant composites as an example,the performance characteristics of the materials were analyzed,and the development status was evaluated.Aiming at the unique properties of tungsten and copper based wear-resistant composites,combined with mining machinery examples,the application analysis was made.
