摘要
我国矿山地下开采正在由人工装药过渡到装药车机械化、自动化装药。在原装药车上,装药时退管速度恒定,会造成炸药返料、装药管堵塞、爆破效果差等结果。采用PID控制,将退管速度与装药速度做闭环控制,实现连续稳定装药。
underground mining in China is changing from manual charging to mechanized and automatic charging of charging trucks.On the original vehicle,when the speed of pipe withdrawal is constant,it will result in the return of explosives,the blockage of the charge tube,and the poor blasting effect.PID control is used to control the return speed and charging speed to achieve continuous and stable loading.
