摘要
分别从产品类别、包装情况和标签标志3个方面对漯河市30种速冻调理类食品进行调查,对调查的结果中可能存在的食品安全状况和产生问题的原因进行了分析,从而得出速冻米面制品市场占有率最高,速冻火锅料制品以散装形式销售最为突出,且散装销售标注的标签不完整。
This article was researched on 30 kinds of quick-frozen conditioning food in Luohe from three aspects of product category,packing situation and label,analyzed the possible food safety situation and the causes of the problems in the survey results,it is concluded that the market share of quick-frozen rice noodle products is the highest,quick-frozen chafing dish products are most prominent in bulk,And labels of bulk sales marking is incomplete.
