Food microorganism detection plays a very important role in human beings.PCR technology has a high precision in detecting results.This paper researches on the application of PCR in the detection of food microorganism,based on the review,the application of the technology advantage,technology strategy analysis,further improve the level of its application in the detection of food microorganism.
