摘要
食品营养安全管理工作很大程度上决定了食品厂工作人员及相关食品食用者的身体健康。本文以商贸公司食品厂为例,从食品营养安全观念成熟性、健康饮食习惯培养、食品安全意识水平以及食品营养安全理念宣传能力等方面,对食品营养安全管理工作的主要缺陷进行了总结分析,并制定了相关问题的解决策略,对提升食品营养安全管理工作的综合质量具有十分重要的意义。
The food nutrition safety management determines the health of the staff of the food factory and relevant food consumers largely.This article takes the trading company as an example,summarizes the main defects from food and nutrition security concepts maturity level,healthy eating habits,food safety consciousness and multiple aspects,such as food and nutrition security concept propaganda ability of food nutrition and safety management work,and optimization strategy for the formulation of related issues,to improve the overall quality of food nutrition and safety management work,has the very vital significance.
