摘要
本文介绍了食品标准在食品抽检实践中的现状,分别从食品抽检计划制定、抽样、检验以及不合格食品核查处置方面描述食品标准的使用情况,强调了食品安全标准对食品抽检的关系与意义,分析了食品抽检中标准使用存在的问题,探讨解决问题的策略,为进一步提升食品标准的应用给出建议。
This paper introduces the present situation of food standard during food sampling inspection.From food sampling plan,sampling,inspection and unqualified food disposal describe the use of food standards,emphasize the relationship and significance of food safety standards to food sampling&inspection,analyze the existing problems during food sampling&inspection with using food standards,explore the strategies to solve these problems,and provide suggestions in order to further improve the application of food standards.
